Study of law in Göttingen. During his studies, volunteer work in a penitentiary, subsequently Assistant of the Chair for Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law and Criminology in Göttingen (Prof. Dr. Heinz Schöch), Doctorate with a thesis on questions of criminal procedure evidence law in 1997.

Lectures at the criminal defense association (Strafverteidigervereinigung) NRW as well as within the framework of the trainee lawyer training sessions, co-author of the Handbook "Corporate Criminal Law" (Wirtschaftsstrafrecht) (C.H. Beck Verlag), Member of the Working Group Criminal Law of the German Lawyers' Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein e.V., DAV), as well as the criminal defense association (Strafverteidigervereinigung) NRW.

Advice and defense in all areas of white collar criminal law with particular focus on bribery cases and criminal law offenses against property and assets and, in addition, also defense in general criminal law and in traffic criminal law cases.
